When Al Gauvin started our company in 1997, it was inspired by family. We care for one another, help one another, show up for one another, and laugh with one another. The idea of family remains the foundational principle upon which everything we do is built. This concept inspired our Core Purpose of "Making the Moment" and helped form our Core Values.
Making the Moment is our passion and the reason we do what we do. Our aim is not only to provide a service but to enrich people's lives by making authentic, heartfelt connections. Making the Moment could be as simple as a phone call or as crucial as being there during an emergency. We strive to make every moment the best it can be.
